Extensive rehabilitation was completed in 2008 to the interior and exterior of the entire apartment complex. Improvements included additional site and building lighting, renovation of the parking lot and outside common areas, new roofs, insulated vinyl siding, new play equipment, new kitchens, new doorways and windows, life safety equipment, security camera upgrades, and interior facelifts such as painting, new flooring and all new bathroom tubs and fixtures.
